We have designed several different service packages to fit a variety of needs. Here are a few examples of the services we offer:
The Top Ten Consultation- $125:
This is for homes that are well on their way to be staged and just need a little direction. During our consultation we meet with the homeowner to assess needs, wants, goals and expectations. This meeting includes 2 hours of working with the homeowner for some fine tuning. This is a customized report focusing on the ten most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and garner a faster sale.
Staging To Live/Redesign Services-Price varies according to the project:
